2012 Valigia

Zainomino : Una valigia al solito significa per me un zaino. “Zainomino” e` fatto dai resti consunti e i ricordi di trekking e camping, piu che altro negli Highlands di Scozia con la mia famiglia, ma anche in Corsica e Italia, nel arco degli ultimi 45 anni. Potete vedermi nella foto insieme al mio figlio Thomas in Corsica in 1988 – lui ha 12 anni, e sta portando proprio questo zaino. E` uno di due zaini identici comprati in 1984 per lui e il suo fratello quando avevano 7 e 8 anni.

Rucksackman : A suitcase for me invariably means a rucksack. “Rucksackman” is made from the well-worn relics and memories of walking and camping, mostly in the Scottish Highlands with my family but also Corsica and Italy, over the last 45 years. You can see me in the photo with my son Thomas in Corsica in 1988 – he is aged 12, wearing this very rucksack. It is one of two identical rucksacks bought in 1984 for him and his brother when they were aged 7 and 8.
